our history in the triangle

Toll Brothers began building in the Triangle in 1994. We have built or are currently building in 17 different communities in the area, and have thus far completed approximately 1,500 homes. We have been warmly received here, having been honored with awards that include both Builder of the Year and Developer of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County. We are the builder/developer of the prestigious and sought-after Brier Creek Country Club community and its award-winning Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, which we also manage. And, true to our legacy, we are very involved in the Triangle community and have made a positive impact – in 2006 we built and donated an entire home to Habitat for Humanity.
